(cough, difficulty breathing, body aches, headache, nasal congestion, sore throat, rash, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, vomiting) If NO, come to school. If YES, stay home, call your healthcare provider, rest and recover, call school nurse. Then, Return-to-School Criteria: If your child has fever or other symptoms that could be from COVID-19 and does not get tested OR is not cleared by their healthcare provider, it is assumed the child has COVID-19 and may not return to school until the following 3 criteria are met: 1. Child has been fever-free for 24 hours without the use of medication. 2. AND child has improved symptoms. 3. AND at least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared. 3. Does your child have a fever of 100.0 or higher? If NO, come to school. If YES, stay home, call your healthcare provider, rest and recover, call school nurse. Then, was your child seen by their healthcare provider and diagnosed with something other than COVID-19 AND has your child been fever-free without medication for 24 hours? If YES, come to school, give the school nurse a note from healthcare provider re: illness. If NO, follow Return-to-School Criteria. 4. Has your child traveled outside the United States or to a state designed as a COVID hot-spot within our country? If NO, come to school. If YES, stay home - you must quarantine at home for 14 days, monitor for symptoms of COVID, call your healthcare provider to determine if testing is indicated.</image:caption>
